SFB 936 MEG & EEG Toolbox (S-METH)

This toolbox enables the calculation and visualization of many different coupling measures both on sensor and source level including the necessary forward and inverse calculations. A particular feature of this toolbox is that most programs can be used as standalone functions with simple input and output, such that they can easily be used in combination with other toolboxes. While many of the methods provided in that toolbox are standard techniques, it also contains unique elements with regard to cross-frequency coupling and multivariate coupling measures.
